General note The main objective of this study is to reorganize initial historical events through deduction of art shapes and forms of artifacts produced during pre-writing era of Mesopotamian civilization. The data is taken from various artifacts and verifications are done through identifying patterning formats that have been uncovered in Mesopotamia from around 7000 to 3500 BC. The study employs semiotic analysis in the visual screening of shapes and forms to determine their historical dimensions and The civilization they represent. Computer software is used to help identify various structural dimensions and possible pragmatics shapes taken from the partial of artifacts found belonged to the Mesopotamian civilization. The symbolic correlations were studied to comprehend the meanings of the shapes which represent certain discourses. This study concluded that the forms and shapes are tools to understand the meaning of life during that era. The meanings in the forms and shapes are not silent but expressive through a number of their codes. In this research, the interpretations of these meanings are turned into specific contextual symbols to correlate with the revelations of Islam that continued to play in carrying the messages. These forms and shapes can be considered as the initial stage in the development of human ideas regarding the composition of life and nature. These forms and shapes represent basic and rudimentary expressive tools such as: soil, water, sun, moon and others. These dimensions and images are representations of means for survival and continuity of life as depicted in the change of positions in the patterns of the artifacts. The significance of the study is the effort to apprehend the pre-writing era of Mesopotamian civilization through uncovering images of its artifacts regarding human earliest civilization.
